Termites are truly amazing creatures, which known as the most destructive insect pests in the world. In order to understand more about termites – here are some interesting facts about termites.

1. Termites often mistaken for white ants

Some people do refer termites as white ants. This is because termite’s morphological and way of living is relatively similar to ants. One way to differentiate between the two is that termite has much thicker waist than an ants.

2. Termites do not sleep

Termites are social insects that work work 24 hours a day and every single day of the year. FYI: They feed on any materials containing with cellulose, such as wooden furniture, door frames and card boards.

3. Termites communicate by using vibration
